Every petition in this psalm relied on what only God could do. It&#8217;s a profound testament to God&#8217;s gracious character that sinners like David (and us) can even dare to petition Him, especially for forgiveness.<\/p>\n<p>Follow David&#8217;s example for Faithfulness: Own up to your sin, yearn for God&#8217;s fellowship, and be real with Him. God didn&#8217;t just send His Son to spare you from hell- He wants a vibrant fellowship and friendship with you.
