\"\"The Apostle Paul warns us about belief in false systems which so easily trap the unwary.
\n\u201cDon\u2019t let anyone capture you with empty philosophies and high-sounding nonsense that come from human thinking and from the spiritual powers of this world, rather than from Christ.<\/em>\u00a0Colossians 2:8 (NLT)<\/p>\n

Today\u2019s message is from Colossians 2:8-15 and is entitled \u201cCompletely Forgiven\u201d which declares that for the believer in Jesus Christ your significance in found in Him\u00a0\u201cand in Him you have been made complete\u201d\u00a0<\/em>Col.2:10. This completeness is based on the absolute total forgiveness in Christ, \u201c . . . having forgiven us all our transgressions\u201d Col.2:13-14<\/p>\n

False teachers propose that \u201csomething more\u201d is needed to make the earnest disciple complete. It may be new knowledge, freshly revealed to the cult leader; it may be ecstatic experiences which are supposed to usher the individual into new vistas of insight; it may be legalistic activity which demonstrates sincerity.<\/p>\n

Paul addresses these lies where he tells us that we are full in the full one. Jesus Christ is completely God, and we are complete in him.
