Why? Tobin and I (David Mayhugh) noticed in ourselves and from the survey responses a need for fellowship. We want to help facilitate a short time every week for the church to have fellowship with one another.
What? We will have a weekly time of fellowship. It would be for all members that can make it each week and go for about 30 minutes. The design would be a time for us to share and discuss a verse or devotional, etc. and then have time in prayer. We want it to be low-work, low-risk so you don’t need to do anything extra outside of the time if you can’t. We want it to be all-age friendly, so please have the kids with you!
We want people to feel comfortable to drop in at any time throughout the summer whether or not they can join every week.
How? We will meet over Zoom*. If you are using a computer, tablet, or smartphone then you can join with video and audio if you like. However, you can even join using a landline phone! Obviously you won’t be able to see people, but we can still be together.
If you’re interested at all, please take the very short survey using the link below.
*Note: You might be unsure about the technology side of this. Zoom has made it very easy to join a meeting. You do not even have to make an account. If you would like help in getting setup or knowing what to do/how to use it, then please answer the corresponding question in the survey.
