Love Your Enemies- Matthew 5:38-48

The Sermon on the Mount helps us to understand what authentic Christian living looks like in a tangible manner. We are then called to allow these teachings to affect and change the world around us by drawing others to Christ by our example. This is not to be seen as an ideal that is unattainable, but as a reality that Jesus really calls us to live out. This is because we serve a loving heavenly Father and because of that he would not call us, his children, to do something we can’t do.
